Voter Id Enrollment
Since India is one of the world's largest democratic countries, there are many political parties. Due to which, elections happen in a timely manner here. Usually after every five years, the elections are held in India. As an Indian citizen, it is our duty to make our vote count. However, for this, there is a document called Voter Id is required. The reason why the government of India has made it compulsory for every citizen to have this document is because there were a large number of electoral incidents so to make the process fraud-free this is initiated.
Also referred to as an Elector's Photo Identity Card, the Voter id card is issued to all those candidates who have reached the age of 18. It represents that the person with a voter id is eligible to cast a vote for a particular political party.
